Harold is made entirely of maple, much of it spalted. Note the natural wane edge on Harold’s back. He’d probably look pretty good in your entryway, a good surface to toss your coat on, or to sit on to remove or put on your footwear. Or, put him somewhere else. The shelf underneath could be a neato place for the cat to sleep if you put something soft there. Unless you don’t have a cat.
