Description
CB XVII is a cutting surface you could probably stand an elephant on. I doubt you will, but you could. Maybe. It’s got a beech center, surrounded by cherry, and finished off with maple. It’s all endgrain wood, and it’s treated with multiple coats of food grade walnut oil. It’s about 9-1/4″ across, and 2-1/2″ thick, so, on its feet, stands about 3″ above your work surface.
